IOI Corp 财务报告

这是IOI Corp在2007年9月的财务报告:

1)Group Revenue increased by 47% from RM6.11 billion to RM8.95 billion.
2)Operating profit registered RM2.06 billion, a 69% increase over the RM1.22 bilion achieved the previous year.
3)Pre-tax profit grew by 73% from RM1.15 billion to RM1.99 billion for FY2007.
4)Net earnings is increased by 79% from RM0.83 billion to RM1.48 billion.
5)Return on average equity for the year, ROE improved from 15.2% to 21.5% for FY2007.

看来ROE上升了。
ROE = Return on Equity
ROE越高就表示管理层的管理效率越佳。

其它的，我不是很了解。
只知道负债率不高，现金流也不错。

看看2007年的EPS:
EPS (Earning Per Share) 每股盈利 : 24.13
PE (Price to Earning Ratio) 本益比 = Market Price / EPS = RM4.70 / 24.13 = 0.19%
PE拿来衡量股票投资期限，越低代表越快赚回本金。

其实我也不懂自己算的对不对。
